HOW TO INCREASE YOUR FAITH

INTRO.

TO LIVE A SUCCESSFUL LIFE IN GOD YOUR FAITH MUST INCREASE. 

1. Hbr 10:38   Now the just shall live by faith: but if [any man] draw back, my soul shall have no pleasure in him.
2. Rom 1:17   For therein is the righteousness of God revealed from faith to faith: as it is written, The just shall live by faith.
3. Gal 3:11  But that no man is justified by the law in the sight of God, [it is] evident: for, The just shall live by faith.

AS YOU JUST READ THE PEOPLE OF GOD MUST LIVE BY FAITH. 

WE UNDERSTAND THAT IT IS BECAUSE OF GOD WE LIVE AND MOVE AND HAVE OUR BEING.

CHURCH IF YOU DIDN’T KNOW IT…THERE IS NO OTHER WAY TO PLEASE GOD BUT BY FAITH.

THERE ARE THREE THINGS THAT MUST TAKE PLACE IF YOUR FAITH IS TO INCREASE.

YOU MUST HAVE THE WORD, MEDITATE ON THE WORD AND HEAR THE VOICE BEHIND THE WORD

1. YOU MUST HAVE THE WORD

A.      ALL SCRIPTURE IS INSPIRED BY GOD

B.      2Ti 3:16   All scripture [is] given by inspiration of God, and [is] profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness:

C.      ANY TIME YOU DESIRE TO HEAR GOD, READ THE WORD OF GOD.

D.     THIS WORD IS NOT FROM MAN BUT GOD.

E.      THE CREATOR OF EVERYTHING DESIRES TO COMMUNICATE WITH US AND ALLOW HIS CHILDREN TO KNOW HIM.

2. MEDITATE ON THE WORD

A.      MEDITATION BRINGS REVELATION

B.      IF IT TOOK DIVINE INSPIRATION TO WRITE IT…IT’S GOING TO TAKE DIVINE INSPIRATION TO UNDERSTAND IT,

C.      Jos 1:8  This book of the law shall not depart out of thy mouth; but thou shalt meditate therein day and night, that thou mayest observe to do according to all that is written therein: for then thou shalt make thy way prosperous, and then thou shalt have good success.

D.     MEDITATION CAUSES YOU TO OBSERVE WHAT THE WILL OF GOD IS FOR YOUR LIFE.

E.      MEDITATING IN THE WORD CAUSE GOD TO REVEAL THE WORD TO YOU.

F.       AS CHRISTIANS WE ONLY WANT GOOD SUCCESS.

G.     GOOD SUCCESS IN OUR MARRIAGE, WITH OUR CHILDREN, IN OUR FINANCES, RELATIONSHIPS ……….

3. YOU MUST HEAR THE VOICE BEHIND THE WORD

A.      FAITH COMES BY HEARING

B.      Rom 10:17  So then faith [cometh] by hearing, and hearing by the word of God.

C.      THERE IS ONLY ONE WAY THE GOD KIND OF FAITH COMES, THAT IS BY HEARING THE WORD OF GOD.

D.     GOD’S WORD AND FAITH TRAVELS TOGETHER.

E.      THE VOICE BEHIND THE WORD IS FAITH. FAITH TALKS.

F.       Mar 11:23 For verily I say unto you, That whosoever shall say unto this mountain, Be thou removed, and be thou cast into the sea; and shall not doubt in his heart, but shall believe that those things which he saith shall come to pass; he shall have whatsoever he saith.

G.     FAITH TOLD THAT MOUNTAIN TO GO AND IT HAD TO OBEY.

H.     IF YOU WILL GET THE WORD ON IT (PROBLEM), AND MEDITATE ON THAT WORD, YOU WILL HEAR THE VOICE OF FAITH BEHIND IT.  THEN ALL YOU HAVE TO DO IS SPEAK TO THAT SICKNESS AND IT HAS TO OBEY.
